Mens Health Month

Event location: Transformation Office

Event date and time: 01/06/2026 09:30:49

Dear Students and Staff,

The Transformation Office invites all staff and students to participate in and support the Men's Health Month Awareness Campaign through the Singamadoda? Redefining Positive Masculinity portfolio. This campaign aims to encourage men, boys and male-identifying persons to embrace positive masculinity, prioritise their mental and physical well-being, and build supportive networks that promote help-seeking behaviour.

By working together, we can challenge harmful stereotypes, promote inclusivity, and build a campus community where everyone feels supported, respected, and empowered to thrive.

Get Involved

The Singamadoda? Redefining Positive Masculinities programme welcomes participation from all members of the university community. Whether you identify as male, female, or gender diverse, your contribution is valuable in advancing positive masculinity, mental wellness, gender equity, and supportive campus environments.

Let us work together to foster a culture where men, boys, and male-identifying persons feel empowered to seek help, support one another, and redefine strength through positive masculinity, while encouraging the entire university community to be active allies in promoting well-being and inclusion.
